1. General Terms
- Carelyn acts as a facilitator for hospital guidance, surgery assistance, and insurance support but does not provide medical treatment.
- Patients must provide accurate medical history and documents for proper assistance.
- Carelyn reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
- Services are subject to availability, and Carelyn does not guarantee instant hospital admissions or emergency room access.
2. Surgery Assistance Terms
- Cost reduction (20-50%) is based on negotiations with hospitals and is not guaranteed for all cases.
- The final decision on hospital selection and surgery lies solely with the patient.
- Carelyn is not responsible for surgical outcomes, post-surgery complications, or hospital negligence.
- Payments for surgeries are to be made directly to the hospital; Carelyn does not handle patient funds.
3. Insurance & Financial Guidance Terms
- Carelyn assists in identifying insurance and financing options but does not process claims or provide financial guarantees.
- Approval of insurance claims is subject to the policies of the respective insurance provider.
- Refunds on hospital bills (2-5%) are applicable only for patients admitted through Carelyn’s official network and are subject to hospital approval.
4. Free Ambulance & Assisted Hospital Visits
- Free ambulance services are available only for hospital admissions and not for general transport.
- Assisted hospital visits are limited to guidance, appointment support, and return transport; Carelyn staff do not interfere with medical decisions.
- Carelyn reserves the right to prioritize emergency cases based on availability.
5. International Patient Assistance
- Translator and currency exchange assistance are provided as a support service, but Carelyn is not responsible for exchange rate differences or transaction issues.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements must be handled by the patient unless otherwise agreed upon with Carelyn’s partner services.
6. Liability & Indemnity
- Carelyn is not responsible for medical errors, delays in treatment, or decisions made by hospitals, doctors, or insurance providers.
- Patients and their families waive any legal claims against Carelyn for complications arising from medical treatment.
- In case of disputes, Carelyn’s decision will be final, and legal jurisdiction will be under the applicable laws of Hyderabad, India.
7. Modification & Termination of Services
- Carelyn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to terms and conditions will be communicated via official channels, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
